Orbit Bola!! ("we", "us", or "our") is an individually operated Space Situational Awareness (SSA) platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

When you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive the following information from your authentication provider:

• Email address — used as your account identifier
• Display name — shown in the dashboard
• Profile avatar — shown in the dashboard

We do not request access to your repositories, contacts, or any other data beyond basic profile information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
• Manage your API keys
• Track API usage against your plan limits
• Communicate important service updates

3. Data We Process

Orbit Bola!! processes publicly available orbital data sourced from Space-Track.org and CelesTrak. This data includes satellite positions, conjunction data messages (CDMs), and related orbital elements. This is public domain data and does not contain personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for authentication (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
• GitHub OAuth — for authentication (subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement)
• Google Cloud Platform — for hosting and infrastructure

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. Specifically, we use a NextAuth session cookie to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data
• Export — receive your data in a portable format
• Correction — update your profile information through your OAuth provider

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
